Abt, Amazon, Apple, B&H Photo Video, BJ's Wholesale Club, BrandsMart USA, Costco, Crutchfield, Dick's Sporting Goods, Home Depot, Lowe's, Menards, Microcenter, Nebraska Furniture Mart, P.C. Richard, RC Willey, Sam's Club, Target, and Walmart. One list applies to all products, major appliances included. The guarantee does not apply to products shipped from and sold by third-party Marketplace Sellers on these websites or on BestBuy.com.
The item must be identical to the Qualified Competitor's product: matching brand, model number, and color. It must be a new product sold from Best Buy (excludes Marketplace Products, clearance, refurbished, and open-box items) and immediately available for shipping or Store Pickup from the Qualified Competitor. One price match at the time of purchase, per identical item, per customer, at the current pre-tax price available to all customers.
Best Buy price matches Qualified Competitors at the time of sale. If Best Buy lowers its own in-store, online, or app price during your return and exchange period, Best Buy will match its lower price upon request. The return and exchange period is 15 days for standard customers and 60 days for My Best Buy Plus and My Best Buy Total members on most products, major appliances included (activatable devices are 14 days). A competitor price found after purchase can also be used by returning the item under the standard return policy and repurchasing it at Best Buy, where the competitor price is matched at the new time of sale; the customer never needs to purchase from the competitor. Major appliances carry no restocking fee (special-order products may carry 15%), and the repurchase starts a new return and exchange period.
The guarantee does not cover: retailers not on the Qualified Competitors list; Marketplace Sellers; pricing available only to select groups (including membership program pricing, loyalty offers, and government exchange offers); Best Buy Education, Best Buy Business, and Best Buy Marketplace-store transactions on third-party sites; contract cell phones; service prices including delivery and installation; pre-orders; rent or lease-to-own items; liquidation and trade-in offers; items denoted as Black Friday pricing; special daily or hourly sales; items for sale from the Thursday before Thanksgiving through the Monday after Thanksgiving; financing offers; bundles and items in bundles; subscription services; free items; pricing errors; mail-in, coupon, credit card, and gift card offers; limited-quantity and out-of-stock items; clearance, open-box, refurbished, and pre-owned items; Point of Sale Activation cards; video game membership discounts; and voice-only deals. Puerto Rico stores have a separate in-store policy and are excluded from matching online and app prices.
